Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, personal checks and money orders. Orders are subject to be held until payment is received, which may take up to 5 business days.
Sale Tax
Orders shipped within the State of Utah are subject to 6.85% sales tax on the total sales price (less shipping and handling).

Shipping and Handling
Orders can take up to 72 to be processed, regardless of when they are placed. Occasionally, it may take longer for larger orders to be filled, as many of our materials are ordered in bulk and individually packaged to keep costs low for our customers. We try to keep all inventory items in stock, but we sometimes face problems with suppliers that everyone experiences.
Light and small orders will ship in small padded envelopes wherever possible. Fees for shipping, insurance and handling are $5.95 for all orders up to $65.00 and free for orders over that amount. Heavy and bulky orders will be billed separately for the increase shipping costs. Heavy orders will be shipped UPS and must have a valid street address (no PO Box numbers).
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Please contact us for shipping options in other countries. International orders are minimum $10.00 US. Any differences will be automatically billed.
Returns
You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. All returned products must be in original packaging and in good "sellable" condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. A restocking fee may be applicable.
