D's Red Pheasant Tail

This fly is a very reliable Blood Worm pattern. I have a friend who fishes it everywhere, lakes and streams and calls it "the one cast fly".

List of Materials:	1. Hook = Size 10-14, scud (ABI 245) 2.Bead = 1/8" gold 3.Tail = Red dyed Pheasant tail. 4. Body = Red dyed Pheasant tail 5. Rib = Small red Ultra Wire. 6. Collar = Peacock herl.
	Step 1. Wrap hook shank and tie in red wire.
	Step 2. Tie in 4-5 fibers of red Pheasant tail.
	Step 3. Wrap the pheasant tail fibers up to the bead and secure.
	Step 4. Wind therib over the body up to the bead and secure.
	Step 5. Tie in two strands of peacock herl. Wrap to form a collar and whip finish behind the bead
